Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days
2. Review the claimed infringement and investigate promptly
3. Remove or disable access to the infringing content if the claim is found to be valid
4. Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the email address above. Your counter-notice must include the same basic information as a standard DMCA notice, along with a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

Barataan Blog will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
